This project is a practical example of a product pivot done from a stable codebase.
The original foundation came from dailystand.dev. Once the core systems were already in place, the move to a different app category was straightforward:
- remove old product-specific logic
- keep the proven infrastructure
- redirect the entire UX around a new customer workflow
Product and design execution
To avoid generic AI-generated styling patterns, the design flow was reworked using screenshot references from Mobbin and then implemented through Codex. That process produced a cleaner and more professional look and feel than a default one-pass AI layout.
